The National Institute for Antimicrobial Resistance Research and Education is hosting the 2023 Winter Quarterly Symposium: Innovation Showcase on Wednesday, January 25 from 1-4 pm CT. The symposium will showcase innovations geared toward combating antimicrobial resistance from FBB Biomed, Genvax Tech, Inc., Iowa State University, Krishi Diagnostics, NanoDiscovery, Ogena Solution, Ohio State University, University of Iowa, University of Nebraska Lincoln, and Vet NOW. There will be a networking event following the presentations.

“Addressing the challenges presented by antimicrobial resistance requires multiple approaches across the One Health sectors,” Kris Johansen, Associate Director of External Relations for NIAMRRE said. “I’m excited to learning more about the cutting-edge innovations NIAMRRE members are developing to help solve this global problem.”

The National Institute of Antimicrobial Resistance Research and Education (NIAMRRE) is a member organization that drives cross-sector engagement and coordinated action to combat the global threat of Antimicrobial Resistance across humans, animals, and the environment.
